Bike Path

Work has begun on the 3-stage Bicycle and Green Walkway Project that will add value to the district of Perşembe.

The Perşembe Municipality, which appeals to all segments of society with the projects it has implemented, has begun work on the Bicycle and Green Walkway Project in the district of Perşembe. This project, which attracts the attention of all age groups, will contribute to the urban aesthetics of Perşembe while giving the district a new identity.

The project, planned with a healthy and environmentalist approach, will be implemented on the coastal route starting from the Perşembe Port and along the Bolaman line. The Bicycle and Green Walkway Project, which is approximately 2 kilometers in total, will make Perşembe a more livable place.

The initiated project will include a bicycle path, logos, signs, a walking path, seating units, garbage cans, bicycle parking elements and 6-meter decorative lighting poles every 20 meters.

As the Perşembe Municipality, we gave bicycles to students on Report Card Day in order to encourage young people to use bicycles.

Slow City Cittaslow National Network Meeting

Within the scope of our Cittaslow membership, the Slow City Cittaslow National Network meeting was held in our district for our District Promotion and the natural beauties and local dishes of our district were introduced to other member and candidate districts.

Women Entrepreneurs

In order to support our women entrepreneurs in our Slow City Perşembe District, we provide municipality-supported land provision to our Women's Cooperatives and make advertising contributions regarding the promotion of local products. We are always on the side of our women entrepreneurs in our district, which attracts the attention of visitors due to the privilege of being a Cittaslow member.
